Get matched with up to 5 water treatment pros

Free, no obligation. Takes about 30 seconds.

Add email or project details (optional)

100% free for homeowners. No obligation. We share your request with up to 5 licensed local companies that serve your ZIP code, and they may contact you by phone, text or email. Some areas have fewer. Prefer not to get calls or texts? Email hello@watersoftenerconnect.com instead.

Three simple steps

  1. Tell us about your project

Fill out the short form with your ZIP code and what you need. Adding details like how many people live in your home, whether you already have a system and what you'd like to fix (spots, scale, taste) helps the pro come prepared.

  2. We match you with up to 5 local pros

We look at your location and the type of work and share your request with up to 5 water treatment companies that serve your area. We only send requests to companies that give us an active Arizona ROC license number and proof of liability insurance.

  3. Companies contact you

Up to 5 companies may reach out by phone, text or email to answer questions, set up a visit if needed and give you a quote.

  4. You decide

Compare the quotes, ask questions and hire only if one makes sense for you. There's no obligation and no cost to use Water Softener Connect.

What it costs you

Nothing. Water Softener Connect is free for homeowners. Each participating company that receives your request pays us a fee, which is how we keep the service free. Each company sets its own prices, and you only pay a company if you choose to hire it. You never have to hire anyone.

Want a sense of pricing before anyone calls? Start with our water softener cost guide, or compare system types on our water treatment services page.

Who you'll be matched with

Installing water treatment equipment in Arizona typically involves plumbing work regulated by the Registrar of Contractors, so we only send requests to companies that give us an active Arizona ROC license number and proof of liability insurance. You can check any license yourself at azroc.gov.

  • Has given us an active Arizona ROC license number for the work
  • Has given us proof of liability insurance
  • Serves your city or ZIP code
  • Is asked to respond promptly and treat you with respect

We're a matching service, not a contractor. Before you hire anyone, confirm their license is active using the Arizona Registrar of Contractors license lookup, and get the scope, price and warranty in writing.

Tips for getting the best quote

  • Be specific about the problem or project. Photos help if the pro asks for them.
  • Ask what's included: materials, labor, cleanup, permits (if any) and warranty.
  • Ask how long the work will take and how soon they can start.
  • Many water treatment companies offer a free in-home water test, so you can see your hardness before you decide on anything.

Your information and privacy

We only share your request with the participating companies we match you with (up to 5, listed on our participating companies page) so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information to unrelated marketers. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.

Frequently asked questions

Is Water Softener Connect really free?

Yes. Homeowners never pay to use Water Softener Connect. Each participating company that receives your request pays us a fee for the chance to quote your project, and you only pay a company if you decide to hire them. There's no sign-up fee and no obligation.

Will I get a lot of calls?

You may get several. Your request goes to up to 5 participating companies that serve your ZIP code and the service you picked, and each may reach out by phone, text or email. Some ZIP codes have fewer participating companies. You can tell any of them to stop contacting you at any time, and replying STOP to a text opts you out of texts.

How fast will someone contact me?

We pass your request to the matched companies, and we ask companies to respond promptly. We can't promise a specific response time, and requests sent at night or on weekends may wait until the next business day. If your situation is urgent, say so in the details box so the companies know to prioritize it.

Do you do the work yourselves?

No. Water Softener Connect is a matching service, not a contractor. The work is done by an independent, licensed local company that you deal with directly. They inspect the job, give you the quote, schedule the work and stand behind it with their own warranty, so ask them about it before you sign.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your request goes to up to 5 companies that serve your ZIP code and handle the service you chose. We only send requests to companies that give us an active Arizona ROC license number and proof of liability insurance. They may reach out by phone, text or email to ask a few questions and set up a visit or quote. From there you deal with each company directly, and you decide whether to hire any of them.
